Friendly service and attentive to your needs. I love feeling heard and not persuaded to buy an item that doesn’t suit my needs. Through my interaction with Frances I felt at ease. I am excited that my loved one is going to have a better quality of life being able to move freely with her assistive device. Loosing your independence is hard especially to ones ego.
